Founded in 1921 by Guccio Gucci in his hometown of Florence, Gucci is a renowned Italian fashion house. In the 1960s, his son Aldo designed his father's initials, "GG," on a product. This was the world's first example of a designer's initials being used in a design, and it became the inspiration for numerous other classics, including the "GG SUPREME," which adds durability to the original GG canvas with a polyurethane finish.
